SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy:

1.    Returns & Exchanges:
   •    Unopened & Unused Hair: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7-14 days of delivery if the hair is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.
   •    Custom Orders & Sale Items: All custom orders, wigs, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
   2.    Return Process:
   •    Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the hair to request a return or exchange.
   •    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   •    Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.
   3.    Refunds:
   •    Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping fees, within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
   •    Exchanges will be shipped once the original product is returned and inspected.
   4.    Damaged or Incorrect Items:
   •    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
   5.    No Refunds for Worn Hair:
   •    For hygiene and safety reasons, used or altered hair (brushed, dyed, washed, or cut) cannot be returned or exchanged.
