Store Policy – GALHAIRCO

1.⁠ ⁠Payment Policy:
   •    We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay/Sezzle (if available).
   •    All orders must be paid in full before processing.
   •    Fraudulent transactions will be canceled immediately.

2.⁠ ⁠Processing & Shipping:
   •    Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Custom wigs may take longer (5-10 business days).
   •    Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days (depending on location).
   •    You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
   •    We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

3.⁠ ⁠Return & Exchange Policy:
   •    Unopened & Unused Hair can be returned or exchanged within 7-14 days (see Return Policy for details).
   •    Custom orders, wigs, and sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
   •    Used or altered hair (washed, colored, cut, etc.) cannot be returned.

4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations:
   •    Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
   •    Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

5.⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance:
   •    We pride ourselves on offering 100% high-quality hair. Each bundle is inspected before shipping.
   •    Slight differences in color or texture may occur, as no two bundles are exactly the same.

6.⁠ ⁠Maintenance & Care:
   •    Proper care extends the life of your hair. We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, heat protectants, and regular deep conditioning.
   •    Excessive heat or chemical processing may shorten the lifespan of the hair.
